Chem-Dry

DO NOT USE CHEM-DRY OF NASHVILLE. They use severely dated chemicals and equipment and actually left my carpets in worse condition. They also told me I had wool when in fact I had synthetic rugs. I called Mr B's Chem-Dry and they came out and fixed all the damages Sean's company had left. Please, don't waste money and make the same mistake I made - call a better Chem-Dry location!

We called Chem-Dry of Nashville and were repeat customers for many years of the local Stanley Steamer last time we called to schedule our appt with Stanley they didn't answer thier phones, so chem-dry got a shot. Heres the situation, cat peed in the closet on our brand new carpet and it had been hidden by our 4 year old daughter by a couple of blankets, when my wife found this PANIC!! Anyway when all was said and done the odor was removed and the stains were gone as well, the process that Chem-Dry had was far superior to the cleaning meathod and the equiptment was much more high tech than what we were used to.
